Department of Heritage and Arts (DHA) looks to four strategic pillars to direct their intentions: collaboration, education, stewardship, and innovation. The department encompasses Arts and Museums, State Library, State History, Multicultural Affairs, Indian Affairs, and U Serve Utah. All encourage a lens of humanity through literature and the arts in our state, which result in elevating Utah's economy and quality of life. DHA relies on funding to preserves and promote heritage, arts, community development, cultural resources, and online publications. DHA believes by threading cultural services, events, public art program, arts education, and learning together with other state organizations a unified community and culture emerges.
